In November 2026, we're launching three new apps on Runway Hub: Plat Converter AI, PDF AI Creator, and Runway Lot Fit. These are our foundation apps. Each one does one job properly, and together they take a community from plat to sales-ready in a fraction of the time.
Plat Converter AI: digitize your plats in minutes
Upload the plat you already have, whether it's a multipage PDF, a scan, a phone photo, or CAD (DWG or DXF), and Plat Converter AI reads every page, then digitizes every lot, block, and setback in one pass. It handles US plats and Australian plans of subdivision alike, and units stay as printed.
Every dimension, checked. Frontage, depth, bearings, and area on every lot, including corner and cul-de-sac lots.

New: 3D models in Map Builder and Lot Fit
We're also introducing 3D model creation to Runway Map Builder and Runway Lot Fit, so your team and your buyers can see a home in 3D, right where it will sit.
3D model creation. Runway creates 3D models of your homes and keeps them with your home plans in Runway, ready to use across your apps.
3D homes in Lot Fit. The home's 3D model is placed exactly where it sits on the lot based on setbacks and build lines. Select the date and time to see shadows on any day, at any time of year. 3D models for lot fits are free with Runway.
3D on the Map Builder site map. Choose which lots show a 3D home, like your spec homes, right on the interactive site map your buyers already explore.
Great on their own, better together
You don't need any other Runway Hub app to get started with any of the three. Run them together and lots flow from Plat Converter AI straight into Runway Lot Fit with setbacks, easements, levels, and retaining walls already attached. Lot fits then feed your website, flyers, and house-and-land PDFs, and Runway Map Builder connects when you already run it.
Runway trains its own AI models, hosted in the USA and Australia on AWS. AI does the heavy lifting, and your team stays in control.
