Import lots from Plat Converter AI with setbacks, easements, fall, existing and finished surface levels, cut and fill, and retaining walls already attached, or upload a plat or engineering plan as a PDF, scan, or photo. Combine that with one library of all your home plans, with real footprints, elevations, and options, managed once and reused across every community.
